Mister Speaker, Honourable Members of the House of Assembly, Your Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, the listening and viewing public, a pleasant good morning, and every good wish for good health, peace and happiness, from my house and the Kalinago Community, to you and your respective families.
Mister Speaker,
First and foremost, I wish to thank you most sincerely for the kind invitation extended to me and my dear husband, Gilbert, to attend this Sitting of the House and for me to address Members of Parliament. My husband and I are indeed delighted to be here.
